Blades & Beauty is an established local salon with a great reputation. In addition to our hair styling and beauty treatments, we have four sunbeds available for hire. Two are stand up and two are sit down, giving you the choice of which you prefer. All of our sunbeds are in very spacious booths, built especially to house them.
Our sunbeds are top of the range. We have a number of packages available, if you're thinking of topping up your tan before your holiday, no appointment necessary. Our suntan studio is open 7 days a week, with late opening hours on Monday through to Friday. All our staff working on reception are officially trained on the safe use of the sunbeds and will be able to give you up to date advice, for example over the recommended usage times. Before any client uses the sunbeds a member of staff will take them to the booth and once again sanitise the machine in-front of the client. No appointment necessary.

Important information
Please note, it is illegal for anybody under the age of 18 to use a tanning bed.
If you look under the age of 25 you will be asked to produce suitable photographic identification or will not be permitted to use the tanning beds.
All new clients will be required fill out a client record card and to sign a disclaimer at reception on the first visit id will be required on this occasion
The first visit to the tanning beds will be restricted to 6 minutes on the stand up machine and 5 minutes on the lie down machine
It is highly recommended that an approved lotion is used for all tanning sessions, we have a large selection available at reception.
